INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Are you trying to make the team for your next try out, move from the bench to a starter or take your game to the next level? We offer programs in Basic Fundamentals, Expert Fundamentals, Perimeter Play and Post Play that can give you the edge against your competition. These programs are intended to improve the skills of individual players through a variety of progressive instruction.

Basic Fundamental
This program is a basic introduction to fundamental basketball skills. Introductory, fundamental skills in areas of individual passing, shooting, and dribbling are the focus of this program. As a general rule, participants must complete this program before being enrolled in an Expert or Position Based Program.
Expert Fundamental
Advanced fundamental skills in areas of individual passing, shooting, and dribbling is the focus of this program instruction. Participation requires a minimum completion of Basic Fundamental program or approval of instructor.
Perimeter Play
Advanced fundamental perimeter/guard types of skills in areas of live ball moves, getting open, and shooting off the dribble and screens is the focus of this program. Participation requires completion of Basic Fundamental program or approval of instructor.
Post Play
Advanced fundamental post/interior player skills in areas of sealing, getting open and finishing in the paint is the focus of this program. Participation requires minimum completion of Basic Fundamental program or approval of instructor.
TEAM TRAINING
Are you a coach or leader for a Boys or Girls High School, Junior High, Travel Team, League or Program looking to imrove your program? Coach Vick can come create a unique program for you. Topics of Half Court Offense, Half Court Defense, Individual Team Skill Development and Special Situations are available.
*April-August: $125 if conducted At Our Facility, $75 At Your Facility.
*September-March: $150 if conducted At Our Facility, $100 At Your Facility.
Offensive Package
As a standard, pure “motion” or “read and react” offense will be covered. Continuity offenses and half court sets may be covered based on discussions with Coach Vick.
Defensive Package
Team man to man or zone defensive concepts will be covered. Suggestions may be made based on unique team personnel capabilities and coach philosophy. Specifics shall be discussed with Coach Vick at least one week prior to session.
Team Skills Package
Practice organization, individual skill development will be covered. Basics of fundamental offensive and defensive skills will be specifically structured based on unique team personnel capabilities and coach philosophy.
Special Situation Package
Special Situations, such as Press Offense, Press Defense, BLOBs, SLOBs, Last-Second Plays. Unique suggestions may be made based on unique team personnel capabilities and coach philosophy.
VIDEO EDITING
Professional video editing services are offered and a highlight video will be created unique for each player. They can be made for personal use or for sending to college coaches for evaluation and potential recruitment.

Professional, College, and High School Coaches from around the country will be brought in as presenters to cover all topics and answer all of your questions. Both Fall and Spring Clinics are in the works for the near future.

A scouting service will evaluate and rank local Central, Mid, and Northern Michigan players and will provide regular updates to college coaches around the country.
