Captains Pre-Register Adult Sport Leagues

Captains Submit pre-registration form. Invoice will be sent to email address supplied within 48 hours.

Please, Only One Captain/Submission per Team

Once Submitted, An Invoice Will Be Created. $50 Must be paid in order to be placed on the schedule. Cash or Check can be dropped off (or mailed) to The Northern Center after 4pm Daily. (By Default, Card Fee of 3.5% will be applied for online payments. Fee Will Be Removed for cash or check payments)
